Dinner Time Frame:
If you are assigned a dinner shop, shop between 5-8 pm.
Lunch Time Frame:
If you are assigned a lunch shop, shop between 11-2 pm.

In order for our client to fully understand and improve their customer experience, we need your narrative to be detailed and descriptive. Please ensure that your narrative tells a complete story, highlighting key observations and experiences throughout your visit. One-line comments do not provide enough information for our client to make meaningful improvements.
How to Order
- This is a dine-in shop. You need to eat your entire meal in the dining room. No exceptions.
- You will be asked to evaluate timings, so have a stopwatch or timer on your phone ready.
- It's advised to audio record your shop for your own personal use to accurately enter the report.
What to Order
- Any Entree (Any type) - MUST ORDER
- Side - MUST ORDER
- Allow the cashier to suggest additional items before ordering entrees and sides from the menu.
- IMPORTANT: Do not order more than one entree or side per person. No items to-go. No duplicate items.
