You're welcome to visit any time the location you are assigned is open.
Important: If you are assigned more than one shop, you may ONLY visit one dining option per day. You must space your visits out. In addition to the location, you will also be looking at the building cleanliness for each visit.

In order for our client to fully understand and improve their customer experience, we need your narrative to be detailed and descriptive. Please ensure that your narrative tells a complete story, highlighting key observations and experiences throughout your visit. One-line comments do not provide enough information for our client to make meaningful improvements.
How to Order
- This is a dine-in shop. You must eat your meal at the location so you can continue to observe. This does not apply to Starbucks. No exceptions.
- You will be asked to evaluate timings, so have a stopwatch or timer on your phone ready.
- It's advised to audio record your shop for your own personal use to accurately enter the report.
What to Order
- Any Entree (Any type) - MUST ORDER
- Drink (other than water) - MUST ORDER
- Allow the cashier to suggest additional items before ordering entrees and drinks from the menu.
- IMPORTANT: Do not order any duplicate food items. No items to-go.
