Pay attention to the small things — timing details, clear food descriptions, and even taking those photos — because they can make a big difference in improving future experiences. We’re excited to have you on board and support your journey every step of the way!

Welcome to the Hawaiian Bros Survey Guide! 🌺
This document will walk you through everything you need to know to complete a survey with all the right details. Lets get started!

🕒 1. HB: Online Order

We need to know the time you arrived at the designated pick-up spot. This could be the drive-thru line, window, lobby, or any other specified area. Be specific and accurate!

👋 2. Food Presentation

Describe the interaction you had with the team member. Use complete sentences and proper punctuation. Include details such as:

  • How were you greeted?
  • What items were offered?
  • Was there confirmation of any 'NO' answers?
  • Mention anything that may have affected the timing.

💡 Tip: You can add notes at the top of the shop if you’re unsure where to place certain details.

🍽️ 3. Food Description

Use complete sentences and appropriate punctuation. Include:

  • Greeting and items offered
  • Confirmation of any 'NO' answers
  • A general (or detailed if you prefer!) description of each item
  • Was the chicken tender? Was the mac salad well blended and seasoned?

📝 Feel free to get descriptive—we love the details!

⏱️ 4. Timing Notes

If the timing falls outside of the quickest time, please address it. Even if it’s within the quickest time, you can still add details if you’d like!

🗑️ 5. Dumpster Photos

If there is a slot for a dumpster photo, they want a picture. If there are any issues, they definitely want a picture. What if you run into issues like....

  • If garbage is being picked up while you're trying to take a picture, snap what you can. Don’t worry—they’ll understand.
