In addition, you must politely create a minor issue with an item so you can observe how the staff handles a problem.

Use a simple, believable scenario of your own, such as saying the item is cold, that it was made incorrectly, or that it includes something you did not order.

For example, you might say, ā€œIā€™m so sorry, but I was pretty sure I said no guacamole. Iā€™m allergic.ā€ This is only an example; please use your own natural scenario.

Do not be confrontational or argumentative. Ask politely for the item to be remade or corrected, and if the employee does not agree, do not press the issue. Simply note how the situation is handled.

This is a standard shop only, so video is not required, and no additional compensation is provided for submitting a practice video with this visit.
Because video shops for this client pay $50, this standard shop can be a great opportunity to practice your video shopping skills and work toward qualifying for future video assignments at this location.
If you choose to record your visit and upload the video, we will send it to our video editor for review. The editor may provide feedback to help you improve and may recommend you for our approved video shopper list for this client.
Uploading a video is completely optional and will not affect approval or payment for this standard shop.

We pay shoppers through Melio.
Payment Policy
Our payment policy is to ensure payment is made by the 15th of the following month. In most cases, shoppers receive payment earlier because we begin processing payments at the start of the month to avoid delays. Many shoppers receive payment by the end of the first week, and direct deposit may take 2ā€“3 business days to arrive after payment is sent.
FAQ: Setting Up Melio
When your shop has been reviewed and we are ready to process payment, we will upload your invoice to Melio. This happens when payment is being processed, not before.

First-time Melio users: When you receive the Melio email, you will need to choose how you would like to be paid.

If you have already been paid through Melio: You do not need to do anything unless you want to update your payment information.
