Time Frame
You may conduct the shop during the following time frame. Choose either lunch OR dinner:
Lunch
11:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Dinner
5:00 PM - 8:00 PM

In order for our client to fully understand and improve their customer experience, we need your narrative to be detailed and descriptive. Please ensure that your narrative tells a complete story, highlighting key observations and experiences throughout your visit. One-line comments do not provide enough information for our client to make meaningful improvements.
How to Order
- Order in the dining room
- Attempt to order from the kiosk. Take your time and see if someone helps you.
- You must order your food "for here" and eat your entire meal in the dining room. You will be evaluating team members in the dining room during your meal.
- Please note: Do not order any food to go.
What to Order
- Burger - MUST ORDER
- Shake (Any size or flavor) - MUST ORDER
- No duplicate items may be ordered
- Reimbursement up to $15, so order wisely.
- You can also order anything additional you would like.
