5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Dinner is the only available time frame.

In order for our client to fully understand and improve their customer experience, we need your narrative to be detailed and descriptive. Please ensure that your narrative tells a complete story, highlighting key observations and experiences throughout your visit. One-line comments do not provide enough information for our client to make meaningful improvements.
How to Order
- Order through the drive-thru -
- You will be asked to evaluate timings, so have a stopwatch or timer on your phone ready.
- It's advised to audio record your shop for your own personal use to accurately enter the report.
What to Order
- Burger (Any type of burger) - MUST ORDER
- Shake (Any size or flavor) - MUST ORDER
- Allow the cashier to suggest additional items before ordering entrees and sides from the menu.
- No duplicate items may be ordered
- Reimbursement up to $15, so order wisely.
- You can also order anything additional you would like.
