Pokeworks & Botrista Collaboration
Brief Overview
Pokeworks has partnered with BOTRISTA, pronounced Bot-REES-tuh, a leader in the beverage technology space. BOTRISTA is renowned for creating the innovative Botrista DrinkBot, an automated craft drink solution designed for restaurants and food service providers.
Process Components
- Shopper Portion: Begin by ordering a food item and note whether the staff suggests a Botrista drink. Proceed to order a Botrista drink, allowing yourself to experience it firsthand irrespective of the recommendation.
- Audit Portion: This segment is a reveal audit, differing from a traditional "scored" mystery shop. BOTRISTA aims to gather valuable insights and feedback regarding the display and receipt of their recent promotional materials. If all promotional items are appropriately displayed, maintain anonymity. However, if any items are missing, disclose your role as a BOTRISTA representative and offer assistance in posting these materials. This collaborative effort strives to bolster BOTRISTA's partnership success.

After ordering your snack, see if the staff suggests a Botrista drink. If not, ask for their recommendation and order one.

Required Photos
If they do not have all of the items below, take a photo of the location where it is supposed to be placed, and then identify yourself. Ask for the manger, and let them know that you are working on behalf of Botrista, and ask if they have received the materials.
If they have not, please note this in your report. Botrista will contact them.
If they have received them, please offer to help them place them and show them the setup guide.
