  • 🚫 We understand emergencies happen, but please avoid excessive cancellations. Do not take a shop with the intention of asking for a different date later.
  • 📍 Request assignments at different locations. Clients often prefer variety, so this approach increases your chances of being chosen.
  • 📸 Make sure you attach all of the required photos.
  • 📖 Make sure you read the guidelines every single time. Things change, so it's always best to review even if you have done the same shop before.
  • 📧 Communicate effectively. Respond promptly to texts and emails from our team.
  • 🗣️ Use clear, concise communication in all your reports. Write in full sentences.
  • 🔍 Avoid omissions and abbreviations. For example, instead of "approx." write "approximately" and instead of "&," write "and." Always use full sentences for clarity.
  • 📝 Your report should tell a story. Provide lots of good details to give a clear and comprehensive account of your experience.
  • 🛡️ Back up your negative answers with details so there is no question about what was or wasn't done.
  • 🔎 Check your work for typos and avoid using voice-to-text to ensure accuracy.
  • 🔥 **NEVER disclose your identity as a shopper to a client or employee of a client for any reason. If you do something that causes you to get recognized, that's the best way not to be able to do the shop again.** 🔥
