Note: Do not rely solely on Google Maps, as the location may be inaccurately marked as closed.
📋 Step-by-Step Guidelines
- Operational Status: Determine if the location is open for business (Yes/No)
- Exterior Photo: Capture building exterior with/without signage
- Door Photo: Photograph front door, including any operation hours or signs
- Licenses: Photograph any displayed business licenses (health, liquor, etc.)
- Ownership: Look for and photograph business cards or ownership signage
- Purchase Verification: Make a small credit/debit card purchase
- Payment Processing: Identify and photograph credit card processor signage
- Transaction Notes: Provide detailed comments about the purchase and any challenges

- Outside building with/without signage
- Front door with operation signs
- Purchase receipt
- Online banking charge screenshot
- Business licenses
- Business card with owner/manager info
