Mystery Shop Scheduling Requirement
Please read the requirement below before booking or assigning a shop.
This shop must be done on Monday - Friday
Time window: between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
Ensure the visit is scheduled only on the specified days and occurs within the lunchtime window.
Note: If the shop falls outside this range or timeframe, it will be marked non-compliant.
IMPORTANT — Dining Room Requirement
You MUST sit in the dining room and stay for AT LEAST 15 minutes.
This is to determine if the team members are checking the dining room and doing table checks at least every 15 minutes.
Tip: Start your 15-minute timer as soon as you sit. Team members should perform visible table checks often.
Guidelines for Purchases
Allowed items
You may order any drink, plus at least one mix-in (e.g., syrup, extra shot, milk alternative, flavor add-on).
Follow these simple rules:
- Order any drink of your choice.
- Include at least one mix-in or add-on on the same receipt (required).
- Keep itemized receipts and include both drink(s) and mix-in(s) for verification.
Reimbursement is up to $20. You may bring a guest and include their drink on the same receipt — total reimbursement still capped at $20.
