Mystery Shopper Scenario
Step 1: Arrive and Speak Spanish
Enter the store and browse, waiting for a team member to greet or assist you. Speak only in Spanish from the moment you enter.
Step 2: Observe Treatment
Assess how the staff responds to you:
- Do they communicate with you in Spanish?
- Do they try to assist you politely by finding someone who can help?
- Do they ignore you or brush you off?
Step 3: Make a Purchase
Complete a purchase to finalize your shopping experience.
