IMPORTANT
Take your food photos and sample the food within 2 minutes of receiving it.
Make sure to take at least one bite of EACH item. When sampling, you can pull into a neighboring business to be discreet. You can finish the rest wherever youâre more comfortable.
This is important because the food tastes best when it is fresh, and we want to evaluate the food as it comes off the line.
New Drive-Thru Photo Requirement
For drive-thru shops only, please take a clear photo of the drive-thru menu board.
This photo helps us confirm whether the correct POP materials are posted.
Accuracy Matters
This client regularly checks video and other available records against the report.
If key details are reported incorrectly and available records show otherwise, scores may need to be changed.
Repeated inaccuracies hurt shopper credibility, ACEâs credibility, and the clientâs trust in the mystery shopping program.
