⚠️ Please look at the survey title to determine if you are assigned a lunch or dinner shop. Shop the time frame below according to your survey:
Lunch Time Frame
11 AM - 2 PM
Dinner Time Frame
5 PM - 9 PM

📞 Phone Assessment
Pre- or post-visit phone call: Call the location and count the number of rings before the call is answered. You may hang up after the greeting, or ask a quick question (e.g., hours). The focus is solely on the ring count.
How to Order
- Order in the dining room.
- You may order from the kiosk or a team member. If a team member offers help, you may let them take your order.
- Order your food "for here" and eat your entire meal in the dining room. You will be evaluating team members during your meal.
Important Note
🚨 Restroom Check: INSPECT BEFORE ORDERING or AFTER EATING. Do NOT visit the restroom right after ordering and before receiving your meal.
Why? If you leave your table after ordering, staff may have to wait to deliver your food, which could:
- Delay your food delivery
- Create a misleading perception of slow service and make your timings inaccurate
Recording Your Shops 🏆

Recording is crucial for:
- Memory backup
- Dispute protection
- Performance improvement
- Detailed reporting
Recording Methods:
- Smartphone voice notes
- Smartwatch recording
- Wearable tech

🕵️ CRITICAL STEALTH RECORDING GUIDELINES:
- MUST record without being detected
- Keep recording device completely hidden
- Never openly use recording equipment
- If noticed, you may be asked to leave
Important: Always check local laws and record ethically. Retain recordings for at least 30 days.
