Mystery Shopper Scenario
You are not required to make a purchase, but you are welcome to do so if you choose.
Step 1: Enter and Wait
Upon entering the store, begin browsing and wait to see if a staff member greets you. Allow plenty of time for them to assist you.
Step 2: Observe Interaction
Evaluate how the staff responds to your presence:
- Do they greet you or offer assistance?
- If not, follow up by seeking assistance from a staff member.
Step 3: Try a Clothing Item
When you receive assistance, you are required to try on a clothing item. Follow the store's procedure for using the fitting room.
