Bowling Mystery Shop Guidelines
Goal: Test the online reservation process and evaluate service for the UCM Bowling Center inside the Elliot Student Union.
Instructions:
- Attempt to reserve online: Visit the UCM Bowling Center inside the Elliot Student Union reservation page. Check if the process is easy to navigate and complete. Make notes if you face issues.
- If unable to reserve online due to website issues: Call the bowling center to confirm availability, and then you may walk in as long as public bowling is open.
Be sure to document any issues with the online system or staff interactions in your feedback.
