Time Frame
Please look at the survey title to determine if you are assigned a lunch or dinner shop. Shop the time frame below according to your survey:
Lunch Time Frame:
11 AM - 3 PM
Dinner Time Frame:
5 PM - 9 pm

In order for our client to fully understand and improve their customer experience, we need your narrative to be detailed and descriptive. Please ensure that your narrative tells a complete story, highlighting key observations and experiences throughout your visit. One-line comments do not provide enough information for our client to make meaningful improvements.
How to Order
- Visit the Tacos 4 Life website
- Browse the menu and select your favorite meals. Customize your selections as you prefer before adding them to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout to complete your order. Choose the pickup option.
- Go inside to the counter at your selected pickup time to collect your order. Do not arrive early. Try to get there at the time your receipt indicates it will be ready.
Please be mindful of the surroundings. Although you don't have to evaluate the restroom, the cleanliness inside is part of the evaluation.
