Dine-In Required

You may sit at the bar or at a table. You must eat your meal at the restaurant. Carryout orders do not qualify.

🕒 Dinner Shop

This shop must be completed between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.

SHOPPER INTEGRITY: NO DOUBLE-DIPPING

You may not submit the same visit to two different mystery shopping companies to get paid twice. Our client pays ACE for a unique visit—not a duplicate of a visit submitted through the corporate program. Completing two separate report forms does not make one visit two shops.

Our client receives reports from both programs and will notify ACE of duplicate visits. Violations will result in removal from this client’s shops.

60-DAY RESTRICTION: You are also ineligible if you have completed a shop at this location for another company within the past 60 days. If you are unsure whether you qualify, contact your ACE scheduler before accepting.

Manager Identification Required
Carefully and discreetly identify the manager on duty during your visit and record their name in your survey. Do not ask anyone to identify the manager.
Managers may deliver food, bus tables, assist at the bar, or help staff on the floor. Their role may not always be obvious from their tasks alone, so pay close attention to clothing and other identifying details.
Reporting that no manager was seen may result in a client video review. An inaccurate response can affect your credibility and ACE’s credibility.
